Agentforce

Revenue Management

Configure-to-order quotes take days.
CPQ doesn’t fit. Renewals leak revenue.

Agentforce Revenue Cloud(ARM) is Salesforce’s quote-to-cash platform, now extended by AI agents. ForeFront turns ARM into faster quotes, higher win rates, and captured renewals for manufacturers, dealers, and asset-service businesses.

“ForeFront went above and beyond. Our product configuration and quoting requirements are quite complicated, but they were able to make everything come out as needed and create significant improvements to our process that will save us time.”

Agentforce Revenue Management (Formerly Revenue Cloud)

Industry-Informed

Revenue Solutions

Revenue Cloud is Salesforce’s quote-to-cash platform, now extended with AI agents that automate the work sellers shouldn’t be doing by hand. Quoting, contracting, ordering, and renewals are the revenue lifecycle — and Revenue Cloud is where it lives.

ForeFront delivers Revenue Cloud end-to-end — configure-price-quote, contract lifecycle, order management, subscription and renewals, plus the Agentforce extensions that automate the work sellers shouldn’t be doing by hand.

We’ve delivered CPQ and Revenue Cloud transformations for manufacturers, dealers, packaging operators, healthcare companies, and tier-one suppliers for over a decade. We bring the same depth to Revenue Cloud today — plus the integration experience to connect it to SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, LANSA, Dynamics, Business Central, and the ERPs other partners walk away from.

Challenges We Solve

  • Configure-to-order quotes that take days because each one requires engineering support

  • CPQ that breaks the moment a new attribute or spec is added

  • Homegrown or swivel-chair quoting tools that aren’t integrated with products/inventory, or pricing agreements

  • Contract chaos that can’t keep up with velocity on the sell-side nor track obligations, renewal and risk exposure on the buy-side

  • Renewals leaking revenue because subscription, perpetual, and consumption motions live in three different tools

  • Agentforce ambition without the revenue data foundation underneath

The Arm platform

What Revenue Cloud Does

ForeFront has been implementing CPQ and revenue management platforms since Apttus was the enterprise standard. We delivered through Conga, Logik.io, and every major iteration of Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud — and when Salesforce updated the platform, we didn’t need to reset.

We’ve been doing this work for over 15 years, and that depth shows in how we build.

Revenue Cloud implementations fail for the same reason CPQ implementations did: the partner didn’t have the domain expertise to configure the platform for how the business actually operates. We’ve inherited projects where pricing logic was built around the demo rather than the actual deal structure, where CLM went live without the approval workflows ops needed, and where ERP integration was scoped at the end and left half-finished. We know those failure patterns because we’ve resolved them — repeatedly, across industries and ERPs.

Our approach to every Revenue Cloud engagement starts with the revenue lifecycle, not the feature list. Before configuration begins, we map quoting logic, contract patterns, renewal motion, and the ERP integration requirements that will determine whether the implementation actually closes deals. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, LANSA, Dynamics, Business Central — the ERP work is a core workstream with the same rigor as the Revenue Cloud build. A quote that can’t close into the ERP isn’t a working system. It’s a more expensive version of the spreadsheet you already had

The result is an Revenue Cloud implementation grounded in how your business sells: live inventory visible at point of quote, contracts tracked through every obligation without leaving Salesforce, and renewals in one place instead of spread across three tools. We’ve delivered this for manufacturers, dealers, packaging operators, and MedTech companies. Revenue lifecycle management is what we do.

Commercial Vehicles & Heavy Equipment

How a Heavy Equipment Dealer Stopped Running on Fumes and Started Running on Salesforce

A stalled CPQ implementation, a broken DMS integration, and a sales team still quoting on paper. ForeFront rescued the project, rebuilt the Salesforce CPQ environment, and connected it to Procede Excede via MuleSoft — giving reps live inventory at point of quote and closing orders directly into the DMS.

Pricing Complexity, Solved for Leading Packaging Manufacturer

A Salesforce-native configurator built to handle thousands of attributes per product run. Replaced a legacy quoting tool that engineering didn’t want to touch.

Why ForeFront for Revenue Cloud

ARM is what Salesforce calls their revenue platform today. ForeFront has been delivering the work that drives revenue management for over a decade.

Here’s how we do it:

Discovery Before Design

Process flows, pricing logic, contract patterns, and renewal motion mapped before anyone touches Salesforce.

CPQ-to-Revenue Cloud Migrations

For customers on legacy CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or third-party tools, we plan the migration around the data and the workflow, not just the license swap.

ERP Integration Expertise

SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, LANSA, Dynamics, Business Central, and more. The ERP work isn’t an afterthought, and it isn’t outsourced.

Adoption-First Design

Sellers won’t use a quoting tool that’s slower than their spreadsheet. We build for the seller’s day, not the demo.

Managed Services After Go-Live

ARM’s value compounds when someone keeps tuning it. Our Managed Services team owns the platform after launch if you want them to.

How ForeFront Turns Revenue Cloud Implementations Into Revenue Impact

ForeFront has led every evolution of the CPQ landscape in quote-to-cash platforms over the past decade. Our CPQ domain expertise coupled with our experience solving for quote complexity, product configurations and ERP integration will ensure you get lasting value from your CPQ investment.

For regulated industries like MedTech, Pharma, and Energy, contract commitments must live where the deal data lives. We deliver CLM on Salesforce’s native Agreement object. Approvals, redlines, signatures, and renewals are all auditable and all on the same record sellers and operators already work in. No SharePoint folder reviews, no manual workarounds.

Perpetual, subscription, consumption, and usage models in one revenue lifecycle. We design billing rules around the actual business, including multi-year deals, ramped pricing, mid-term changes, true-ups, and more, then connect them to the ERPs running production. Renewal automation, dunning, and customer-tier management included.

We’ve integrated Salesforce with every major manufacturing ERP, including SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, LANSA, Dynamics 365, Business Central, Navision, Epicor, and Rootstock. We leverage MuleSoft or Boomi where orchestration fits and native integrations where it doesn’t. Real-time integrations run where the business requires them, batch processes handle everything else. Order, invoice, and PO data flow without losing manual overrides.

We build the data foundation Agentforce requires alongside the agents themselves. The AI agents we’re delivering today include pricing and product Q&A agents (natural-language queries on compatibility, availability, and pricing), contract summarization agents (reading uploaded redlines and surfacing key terms), and quoting agents that recommend configurations from customer history. All grounded in your data via the Einstein Trust Layer.

Our customers include discrete and process manufacturers, OEMs and tier-one auto suppliers, automotive dealers and distributors, packaging manufacturers, MedTech and pharma orgs, energy and utilities, and high tech. Each one quotes, contracts, and renews differently, and we’ve delivered CPQ, CLM, billing, and order management across all of them.
