The company’s quoting wish list included sophisticated configuration requirements for complex products. Capabilities like advanced guided experiences for salespeople to use to sell to distributors and customers around the world were must-haves.

Solution & Outcome

Lamons’ B2B solution starts with complex MTO (made-to-order) products quoted in CPQ. Once the products are manufactured, they’re placed in a B2B commerce store for repeat orders. This allows for a full ordering lifecycle from conception to completion. ​

The solution is further enhanced by a robust order management solution leveraging Salesforce OMS for a full 360-degree view into order status, order fulfillment and invoicing., integrated workflow.

As a result, Lamons has transformed its commerce operations and gained exceptional scalability, flexibility, transparency and consistency. ​
