Flexco (flexco.com), a manufacturer of conveyor components, parts and tools, also offers customers detailed assessments of their conveyors in the field. Flexco service agents used a home-built application for these inspections. The application, however, had several frustrating deficiencies. Using Salesforce Sales Cloud as a foundation, and leveraging Youreka (a Salesforce-native field service app), ForeFront built a new, more-flexible and more useful assessment tool.
